The Corsicana girls track team has advance to the next round, area. They had eight different event qualifying for area. Two of their relays which were the 4×1 with a time of 47.88 in 3rd place, the 4×4 with a time of 4:04 in 4th place, Jazmine Newson in the 400 and long jump , Measha Rhineheart in the 200 and triple jump, Erika Roughton and Marche Belmotes for high jump coming in 3rd and 4th place, and lastly Molly Gamez in 1st place for jv pole vault. This group of girls are truly outstanding with having so much dedication for the sport. Congratulations and good luck tigers!
