The Soccer season has begun and Coach Rodriguez, alongside Coach Loafman, is in charge of training both Junior Varsity and Varsity players. During the season the team practices every day of the week except for game days. Training takes place at the Tiger Stadium at 7 A.M., throughout the week the teams must work on their conditioning, drills, and scrimmages at the morning practices. The first games took place on December 30, 2017, and January 5, 2018. Why this sport? It teaches players good character, and at the same time, it allows them to stay physically fit.

When preparing, they work on core, running, weights, and agility drills. The motto ”Work hard, get serious, and give it all you got.” The team consists of about eight seniors in addition to an estimate of ten returning starters. The district rivals are Ennis and Red Oak.
